Junagarh Fort

It was built by Raja Rai Singh who was among the most distinguished General and court member of Akbar. Junagarh Fort was builtbetween 1588-1593 AD. The reason being why Junagarh Fort is considered a symbol of power and bravery because its grandeur has 986 ft long wall protecting it against invasion of enemy with 37 bastions to disarm their motive. Suraj Pole is the main entrance gate of the fort and the interiors of the fort has balcony, Kiosk, windows and beautiful courtyards.

Maharaj Ganga Singh in the fond memory of his father Maharaja Lall Singh built this architectural masterpiece of red sand stone in 1902-1926 AD. The palace architecture is carved out of Rajputana architecture style which included magnificent pillars, motifs of full bloom lotus, pavilion, lounges and grand halls.
