Day 1: Get to Cochin

When you arrive in Cochin, a member of our English-speaking staff will welcome you and drive you in an air-conditioned vehicle to the hotel of your choice. Spend the remainder of the day leisurely before spending the night in Cochin.

Day 2: Cochin

Chinese Fishing Nets, Santa Cruz Basilica, St. Francis Church, Mattancherry Palace

You will see Mattancherry Palace, Santa Cruz Basilica, the Chinese Fishing Nets, Fort Cochin, St. Francis Church, and the Indo-Portuguese Museum after breakfast. These sites are all connected to Cochin’s rich past as a trade port. You may experience traditional local dance in the evening by going to the Kathakali Center. Stay the night at Cochin.

Day 3: Cochin to Munnar

Mattupetty Dam, Eravikulam National Park & Nilgiri Tahr

Your driver will be there to pick you up after breakfast and transport you to Munnar, one of India’s major tea-producing regions. Once you arrive, check into your accommodation. After that, you’ll head off to see Eravikulam National Park, Mattupetty Dam, a tea museum, and a tour through a tea plantation. Stay the night at Munnar.

Day 4: Munnar – Periyar

Periyar Lake ,Periyar National Park

Before leaving with your driver for Periyar, have breakfast at the hotel. Check into your accommodation once you arrive, then go exploring in Periyar National Park and at Periyar Lake, where you may go boating. Elephants in the wild can be seen here.

Day 5: Houseboat in Periyar

A Houseboat Stay

After breakfast, depart from your hotel and be driven by your driver to the houseboat boarding point, where you will embark on a tranquil ride through the backwaters where time has stopped. You will be able to unwind as you cruise while receiving all of your meals onboard.

Day 6: Kovalam, Houseboat

Day 7: Kovalam

Explore this quaint village after breakfast by seeing Lighthouse Beach, ThiruvallamParasurama Temple, and Samudra Beach.

Day 8: Kovalam to Trivandrum & Departure

After breakfast at the hotel, you and your driver will drive to Trivandrum to catch your next flight.
