Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Flexible Cancellation

We understand that international travel plans can change. You may cancel or postpone your private tour up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival with zero penalty fees.

2. Refund Processing

Any pre-paid deposit is refunded directly to your original payment method (Credit Card / PayPal) within 5–7 business days upon cancellation notice.

3. Flight Delays & Missed Connections

If your international flight is delayed, our dispatch team monitors flight statuses and adjusts driver pickup times at no extra charge.
